Program Overview

START COLLEGE A YEAR EARLY.  If you are a high school junior eager to complete your college career early, Johnson & Wales University can help you jumpstart your future plans. With the Early Enrollment Plan, you can begin earning credits for college your senior year of high school. EEP students are eligible for reduced tuition, housing in our residence halls and Â鶹ÒùÔºscholarships. Earn enough credits, and you could even graduate Â鶹ÒùÔºa year ahead of schedule!

1. Junior year of high school: You’ll apply for early enrollment to JWU.
2. Senior year: You’ll start at JWU, and complete your senior year of high school, while still having the opportunity to participate in your high school activities.

HOW TO APPLY

To participate in EEP, do the following during your junior year of high school:

❏ and indicate your program of choice.
❍ Application period begins in late fall of your junior year. Â鶹ÒùÔºwill need mid-year grades to render a decision on your early enrollment.
❏ Submit the EEP Agreement Form (PDF).
❍ Be sure to have your school counselor and principal complete and sign the EEP Agreement Form.
❍ Have your parent/guardian’s signed consent on the EEP Agreement Form.

If you qualify, Admissions will contact you to schedule your EEP interview.

_{Note: EEP students do not need to file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for their first year because they are not eligible for federal financial aid their first year. Instead, our EEP students save money by only paying 50% tuition their first year.}
